1. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows: a. 14 days or more before arrival: No cancellation fee will be charged. Guests will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount paid. b. 7 to 13 days before arrival: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. The remaining 50% will be refunded. c. 5 days or less before arrival: A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. No refund will be issued. 2. No-Show Policy Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will forfeit 100% of the booking amount. 3. Early Departure Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will not be entitled to a refund for unused nights. 4. Force Majeure In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond the guest’s or property’s control, management reserves the right to review each case individually and apply a fair resolution. 5. Amendments to Bookings Amendments (such as date changes) are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking, depending on notice given.
