Out

On the day of departure, you are welcome to spend the day at Intaba Thulile until 12:00 a.m. (mid-day). However, I may ask you to kindly vacate the chalet by 10:00 a.m. for housekeeping if I have another booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: • No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due. • Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 25% of the deposit will be refunded. • Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 50% of the deposit will be refunded. • Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – full refund of deposit paid. We reserve the right not to refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit the initial deduction costs.
