The Coffee Shop kitchen, the most likely place to find Tannie Betsy (the farm’s matriarch), is ground zero for farmhouse delicacies. This is where our famous burgers are made from our homegrown and ground beef!

Every good farm needs a little farm deli. Our shop provides all the Hollybrooke adventure visitors with the refreshments necessary. In addition to this, the shop sells fresh farm veggies, pickles, jams, and confections.
